ABOUT THE CENTRE

Political Parties Leadership and Policy Development Centre is a not-for-profit organization established in June 2013 in the National Institute for Policy and Strategic Studies, (NIPSS) Kuru, Nigeria. NIPSS is Nigeria's apex policy, research and leadership training institute. It was established in 1979 to serve as 'a high level centre of reflection, research and dialogue' where senior cadre policy formulators, practitioners and scholars could deliberate on topical issues.

The National Institute is located in Kuru - a serene suburb of Jos, Plateau state, recognized as an environment conducive for reflection and dialogue, where it continues to enjoy the cordiality of the surrounding host community.
