He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication Technology and a Master of Science degree in Computer Sciences. He has substantial experience in Information and Communication Technology and has served as a technical advisor, website designer and manager in both private and public sectors. In addition, he has participated in some research projects both as a researcher and data analyst as well as a training facilitator. He attended seminars and workshops, and he is a skilled and motivated Senior Programme Analyst.
